One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice
The new date must be within 4 weeks of the original session date (or within specific dates if required by the offer)
Cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited (no refunds or transfers)
Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable
