The best time to do a newborn photography session is when your newborn is between 9-21 days old, as this is when they are sleepiest and still have their newborn curl.
The session can still be done up to 6-8 weeks using a selection of newborn props. However, you need to be aware that they will be more wakeful and less likely to go into the sleepy poses.
