1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee of €200 is required to secure your wedding date.
Your booking is confirmed only once the booking fee has been received and the Wedding Photography Agreement has been signed.
The €200 booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your chosen wedding collection.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the wedding, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Wedding Collections
Each wedding collection includes the photography coverage, services and minimum number of professionally edited images described in the selected package.
Every wedding collection includes:
- Pre-wedding consultation
- Professionally edited high-resolution digital images
- Private online gallery
- USB keepsake with edited high-resolution images
- Personal printing rights
- Sneak peek gallery (10–20 images) delivered within a few days after your wedding
- Final wedding gallery delivered within approximately 6–8 weeks
The Photographer carefully selects and professionally edits the final images from your wedding day.
The number of delivered images depends on the chosen wedding collection.
RAW files, unedited images and rejected photographs are not supplied.
3. Travel
Travel within Cavan is included.
Travel outside Cavan may require an additional travel fee, which will always be discussed and agreed before the wedding date.
4. Photography Style
Magic Moment ZK Photography specialises in natural, relaxed and documentary-style wedding photography.
By booking, you confirm that you have viewed and understand the Photographer’s portfolio, style and approach.
Every wedding is unique, and while every reasonable effort is made to capture all important moments, specific photographs, poses or moments cannot be guaranteed.
The Photographer retains full artistic discretion regarding image selection, editing style and final gallery delivery.
5. Wedding Day
Clients are responsible for providing accurate wedding details, locations, timings and any important information before the wedding day.
If family group photographs are requested, a list should be provided before the wedding to allow sufficient time during the day.
The Photographer cannot be held responsible for missed photographs due to:
- venue restrictions;
- church, celebrant or registrar rules;
- guest interference;
- weather conditions;
- delays or circumstances outside the Photographer’s control.
Additional photography coverage may be available on the wedding day, subject to availability and an additional fee.
For wedding coverage of 7 hours or more, the Clients agree to provide the Photographer with a hot meal, preferably served at the same time as the wedding guests.
6. Image Delivery
The Photographer will professionally select and edit the best images from your wedding day.
Only professionally edited JPEG images are delivered.
RAW files, unedited images and rejected photographs are not included.
The final wedding gallery will be delivered approximately 6–8 weeks after the wedding date.
7. Copyright & Personal Use
Copyright remains with Magic Moment ZK Photography.
Clients receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, print and share their delivered photographs for private, non-commercial use.
Images may not be edited, filtered, altered, sold or used commercially without written permission from the Photographer.
When sharing photographs online, Clients agree not to apply filters or alter the Photographer’s editing style.
Credit to Magic Moment ZK Photography is appreciated but not required.
8. Printing, Albums & Products
Clients are welcome to print their photographs for personal use.
Please note that colour and print quality may vary when using third-party printing laboratories.
Wedding albums, parent albums, prints and other professional products are available as optional extras.
Images may be shared with trusted professional printing suppliers only when required to fulfil client orders.
9. Portfolio Permission
Photographs will only be used on the Photographer’s website, portfolio, social media or marketing materials if permission has been provided.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time for future use.
10. Cancellation & Rescheduling
The booking fee is non-refundable.
If the wedding date changes, the Photographer will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
If the Photographer is unable to attend due to illness, accident or circumstances beyond reasonable control, every effort will be made to arrange a suitable replacement photographer.
If a replacement photographer cannot be arranged, all payments received will be refunded in full.
11. Equipment & Liability
The Photographer uses professional camera equipment and carries backup equipment whenever reasonably possible.
The Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, accidents, severe weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, theft or other force majeure events.
In the unlikely event of complete photographic failure, the Photographer’s liability is limited to a refund of payments received.
12. Image Storage
The online gallery will remain available for approximately 3 months after delivery.
Edited images will be securely archived for a minimum of 12 months after delivery.
Clients are responsible for downloading and safely backing up their photographs.
After the archive period, the Photographer cannot guarantee that images will remain available.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to Magic Moment ZK Photography.
Personal information provided during the booking process will only be used to manage your wedding photography services and communicate with you.

14. Acceptance
By booking wedding photography with Magic Moment ZK Photography, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Wedding Photography Terms & Conditions.
